Appalling

Generally, I don't like making this space too political. I have my views, just as I'm sure both my readers have theirs, and that's perfectly fine with me. However, one thing I will say right here: I've thought for a long time that despite any statements, truthful or otherwise, the most unforgiveable sin the administration has committed is the complete lack of planning and preparation for the war in Iraq. Like Lex said, if you don't find the story outrageous, you really can't claim to support the troops.
